The information that you provide to us depends on how you interact with the Service and may include:
  • Wallet addresses — When you connect a wallet to the Service, we receive your public blockchain address. We do not have access to your private keys.
  • Transaction data — When you submit RFQs, accept quotes, sign EIP-712 typed data, or interact with smart contracts through the Service, we process the associated transaction parameters including option series, strike prices, trade sizes, and pricing data.
  • Communications — Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.
  • Usage information — Information about how you use the Service and interact with us, including information associated with any content you submit to us and information you provide automatically when you use any features of the Service.
Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our partners may automatically log and combine information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interactions over time with the Service, including:
  • Device data — Your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, browser type, screen resolution, device type, IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area.

All transactions executed through Convallax smart contracts are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and are publicly visible. This includes wallet addresses, ERC-1155 option token transfers, USDC transfers, collateral deposits, settlement attestations, and claim transactions. This information is inherent to blockchain technology and is not controlled by Convallax. Information from other sources. We may obtain personal information from other third parties, such as analytics providers, publicly-available sources, and data providers.

We use personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection: To provide our Service. We use personal information to operate, maintain, and provide you with our Service, including to facilitate RFQ-based trading, option settlement, and smart contract interactions. It is in our legitimate business interests to use personal information to respond to your requests, provide customer support, and communicate with you about our Service, including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts, and support messages. To improve, monitor, and protect our Service. It is in our legitimate business interests to improve and keep our Service safe for our users, which includes: understanding your needs and interests; troubleshooting, testing, and researching; keeping the Service secure; and investigating and protecting against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, or illegal activity. For research and development. We may use personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service. Blockchain transaction data is permanently recorded on-chain and cannot be deleted by Convallax or any party.
